Blogcandy

No er eg tilbake frå sommarferie i England. Kjekt å vere der og få handle litt, men godt å kome heimatt også. Har ikkje fått laga noke kort enno, men har besøkt fleire bloggar. Kom då over nokre blogcandyar.

Daniel har hatt blogg i 1 år og feirar dette med ein kjempecandy. Han lagar flotte ting på ein tøff stil.

I am just back from my holiday in England. It was nice to be there and do some shopping, but it is also nice to be home again. I haven't made any card yet, but I have been bloghopping and have discovered som blogcandies.
Daniel have been having a blog for 1 year and is celebrating this. He is making great cards in a cool way.

Eit kort til systå

Fekk så lyst til å lage eit sommarkort til systera mi. Eigentleg skulle det vere eit 'Gratulerer med nytt hus' kort, men eg har ikkje noko motiv som passar, så det får vente. Kanskje nokon i bloggland veit om bra motiv til slikt?

Eg har nytta skissa til Dutch Dare Card Challenges #55, og sidan eg har nytta charms på kortet passar det og for Just Magnolia #12. Stempelet er frå det nye sommarsettet som eg fekk i posten i går.

I wanted to make a summercard for my sister. It should actually be a 'Congratulation with your new house'-card, but I don't have any motif that fits. Maybe someone in blogland can help me out?

I have used Dutch Dare Card Challenge's #55 sketch. I have used charms on my card so I can also join Just Magnolia#12. The stamp is from the new summerset that I got in the post yesterday.

Gutakort

Eg har nettopp fått nokre nye blokker med DP frå K&Co. Dei er kjøpt på The Hobby House. Kjempemange fine ark og so praktisk at dei matchar. Desse papira er frå 'gutablokka'. Det gjekk veldig greitt å lage dette kortet då eg slapp å bruke så lang tid på å finne passande papir. Eg har nytta skissa til Truly Scrumptious. Ekstra utfordringa var å bruke noko neglisjert - det vart dette kalendarstempelet. Whimsy Stamps har 'Birthdays' som tema og Charisma Cardz har 'Buttons' så eg deltek der og.

I have just got some new pads of DP from K&Co. I bought them at The Hobby House. Lots of nice sheets and so practical that they match. These papers are from the 'boypad'. It was easy to make the card when I had the matching papers. I have used Truly Scrumptious sketch # . My neglected stuff is my calendarstamp. Whimsy Stamps have 'Birthdays' as their theme and Charisma Cardz have 'Buttons' so I will join there to.

Rosa for bursdagsjenta

Dottera mi, Sofie, fylte 11 år laurdag. Jenteselskap på fredag og familieselskap laurdag. Inn i mellom fekk eg laga eit bursdagskort - det vart veldig rosa, men jenta vart nøgd.

My daughter celebrated 11 years Saturday. She had her friends over at Friday and the family on Saturday. In between this I managed to make a birthdaycard - very pink, but she was happy.
I have used The Next Level's sketch #5.
Innsidene er enkle. Synest papiret frå Bo Bunny var så fint at eg ikkje ville 'øydelegge' det. Eg har og nytta downloads frå Summer.
The insides are quite simple. I think the papers from Bo Bunny are so nice that I didn't want to 'ruin' them. I have also used downloads from Summer.

Combo X 3

Eg er ikkje sikker kva utfordring eg tenkte på fyrst, men det vart ein kombinasjon.Eg nytta skissa til Just Magnolia #11 , temaet til Just Magnolia Tutorial Challenge #1 (distressing) og fargane til Simon Says Stamps (lemon, orange, applegreen, pink).

Ein kan tru eg ikkje har andre papir enn desse frå MME - har brukt dei veldig flittig. Synest dei er kjempefine og det at dei koordinerar er god hjelp no i starten. Dattera mi spurte i går om eg berre laga grøne kort :-D

Eg prøvde meg på distressing etter tutorial frå Kim - eg trur eg må øve meir:-) Det var no kjekt å prøve seg og eg skal ikkje gi opp.

I am not sure which challenge I had in mind first, but it ended up in a combo. I used Just Magnolia's sketch #11 , the theme for Just Magnolia Tutorial Challenge #1 (distressing) and the colours from Simon Says Stamp(lemon, orange, applegreen,pink).

You might think I don't have any other papers than the ones from MME - I have used them often. I think they are very nice and it helps me that they are co-ordinating. My daughter asked me yesterday if I only made green cards :-D

I tried to distress after Kim's tutorial - I think I have to practise more:-) It was nice to try and I won't give up.

Stempelet på innsida vart litt skeivt - sånn går det når ein får eit innfall etter at ein har limt saman kortet.

The stamp on the inside got a bit wonky - that should teach me for 'good' ideas after I have glued the card together.

Card for a sick child

Utfordringa denne veka hjå Simon Says Stamp er å lage eit kort til eit sjukt barn. Ikkje berre å lage, men også å sende det. Kjempegod ide. Eg har laga eit kort til ein gut som eg skal snarast sende avgarde. Den kule apa er frå Pink Gem Design. Eg har nytta skissa til Stampavie and More #49.

Elles kan eg melde om dårleg kortver på Sunnmøre. Sol og kjempevarmt. Deileg.

This weeks challenge at Simon says Stamp is to make a card for a sick child. Not only to make it, but also to send it. Brilliant idea. I have made a card for a boy which I am sending very soon. The cool monkey is from Pink Gem Design. I have used the sketch from Stampavie and More #49.
